Owner- Justin Pargoff
I founded RVA LawnCare at the end of 2013 and began operations in early 2014. I was working a full time job while building this business with one truck, one trailer, and a few pieces of equipment. Out of those limited resources, the company has grown to 4 crews and 15 employees. In 2019, we merged with RVA Landscapes to create RVA Lawn & Landscapes! We continue to add services at competitive prices to meet all of your lawn care needs.
Operations Supervisor- Jason Slowick
Jason has been with the company since 2014. Jason started out as a crew member with one of our lawn mowing teams. He worked his way up to crew supervisor of our landscape team in 2015. And in 2016, Jason took over the Operations Supervisor position.
Office Manager- Wendy Bruce
Wendy joined the RVA Lawn & Landscapes team in Spring 2019. She is passionate about customer service and has a hand in most areas of our day-to-day operations. From email correspondence, social media posts, and payroll to account management and team encouragement, she does a little bit of everything!
Crew Supervisor- Brian Zahn
Brian started with the company in 2015 as a crew member with the landscape team. Brian worked between the landscape and mowing crews for some time until taking over the landscape crew lead position in 2016.
