Drainage Solutions

French drains are a great solution for underground water build up. These types of drain allow us to move water away from areas that affected by water build up from grading issues, adjacent properties and heavy rain. The allow for water solutions while keeping a clean look and allowing you to still use your turf areas.

Connecting drains to your down spouts allows us to move that extra water that that builds up from heavy rain. This is especially important in neighborhoods where houses are very close together and have poor grades. We are able to move this water to almost any location on your property that can handle the extra water. If you don't have leaf guards on your gutters, we can add on Leaf catchers at the base of the down spouts that will prevent material build up in the below grade drains to prevent clogs.  

For areas that have high levels of water build up drain boxes can allow us to move this water out quickly. These would be use when we have low areas in a yard or next to hardscaped areas. When water pools in can case turf damage or just prevent you from using portions of your yard because it stays wet for many days after a storm. We can connect multiple boxes in different location if needed. These can be added onto solid or even French drains to attack multiple issues if present. 

Dry Riverbeds are great solutions when French drains or Drain boxes are not possible. This is achieved by digging out a slight culvert trench and filling it with large Chalet or River Rock to channel water to the desired areas. This solution looks great in highly landscaped areas or there are large areas to cover and even wooded areas.
